Effective 1/1/2024 our rental rates for the Maple Rapids Community Center have changed:

Cleaning Deposited has increased to $100 - this will be returned if the hall is properly cleaned and no damages occurred.

Rental fee for reunions, family functions, etc - $150 but Village Residents will receive a $50 Discount

* Village Resident $200 due with $100 cleaning deposit returned if hall is properly cleaned and no damages occurred

* Non-Village Resident $250 due with $100 cleaning deposit returned if hall is properly cleaned and no damages occurred

Rental fee for Wedding Receptions - $250 but Village Residents will receive a $50 Discount

* Village Resident $300 due with $100 cleaning deposit returned if hall is properly cleaned and no damages occurred

* Non-Village Resident $350 due with $100 cleaning deposit returned if hall is properly cleaned and no damages occurred

Church groups, funeral dinners, memorials - $100 clean up fee
