This is a full ORV Safety course completed in one day. No prior study is required. This is a community service program offered by the Village of Maple Rapids in cooperation with Michigan DNR. There is no charge for the course. We will cover the required material, help you take the written exam, and, hopefully, send you on your way with your new ORV Safety Certificate. This is all classroom work, students will not be riding ORVs.
Students under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the entire class.
You must be registered as a student prior to class.
Lunch will be provided.
Registration with the URL or scan code will open on Monday, April 6th. On Monday, April 13th, the course will show up on the public list on the DNR website. Students MUST register through the DNR website. If we have someone who does not use computers, they can call Amanda 517-202-9660 and she will take care of their registration for them.
